We're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our patients, families, and staff. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients, families, and staff. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls, phone screening Home Health Aide (HHA) candidates for job placement, and performing administrative duties such as data-entry and follow-ups to support staffing and managers.
