Your key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing clinical services related to psychotropic medications and providing consultations and recommendations to prescribers when necessary. * Collaborating with prescribers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services. * Contributing to the development of plan benefit design and formulary management strategies. * Ensuring 100% dedication to the Contract and meeting all contractual obligations. * Maintaining a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy and drug products information to support plan benefit design. **What You'll Bring** To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following qualifications and experience: * A minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting formulary, PA, benefits design, and clinical information. * A PharmD degree with a current active Pharmacist license in Maryland (or shall be acquired within 6 months of System implementation). * Previous experience in PRO and RETRO-DUR. * Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy and drug products information to support plan benefit design. * Specialized training in psychotropic medications, including BCPP certification (Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacy). **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong clinical pharmacy expertise and knowledge of psychotropic medications. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with prescribers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
