Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary role will be to serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for federal assistance, answering questions about prior registrations, and providing referrals to relief programs via our call center. Conduct scripted interviews, entering information into our Windows-based computer database as required, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Perform additional duties assigned based on the level of support required for each event, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Attend all scheduled shift meetings to receive event-specific information prior to beginning your shift, ensuring you are well-prepared to provide effective support. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, technical training, and work experience. The minimum requirements for this position include: An Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience considered in lieu of a degree. U.S. Citizenship, with the ability to manage a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, with a high level of professionalism and empathy. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for a shared connection) and an upload speed of 5 Mbps (10 Mbps preferred).
