Job Overview The Bilingual Customer Service 401(k) Specialist position is a critical component of our Customer Service and inbound Contact Center team. As a Customer Service 401(k) Specialist, you will have the opportunity to create a best-in-class experience for our clients, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. This is a full-time remote position, and we are only considering candidates who reside and will work in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, MI, MS, NJ, NC, OH, OK, TN, or TX. Key Responsibilities Answering 20-40+ inbound phone calls regarding administration of 401(k) plans, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Educating callers regarding 401(k) regulations, compliance questions, and administration of plans, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our services and products. Providing customer-focused service while ensuring department performance metrics such as quality, handle time, VOC, and adherence are met, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-first approach. Navigating the blithequark websites, registering online, and password resets, utilizing multiple CRM applications such as Salesforce, Relius, and other blithequark systems to assist with addressing customer questions and resolving requests. Successfully applying knowledge obtained during classroom and on-the-job training to independently solve customer requests, demonstrating a forward-thinking mentality of process improvement and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: Demonstrated ownership, commitment, and prioritization to meet established deliverables, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellence. Ability to adapt to change and open to new ideas, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated customer-first approach to service while maintaining regulatory and organizational compliance, with a strong focus on building trust and loyalty with our customers. Ability to meet performance metrics that have been determined by the business, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ability to comprehend and utilize contact center software applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general website navigation. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with customers. 1+ years of remote call center experience, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a remote environment. Retirement plan experience, with a strong understanding of 401(k) regulations and compliance requirements. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in both Spanish and English languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages. Education and Experience The following education and experience requirements apply to this role: High school diploma or GED, with a strong focus on ongoing learning and development. 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with customers. Work Environment This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from home with minimal distractions. You will need to have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection of 100 MBPS or better. You will also need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences during peak hours. What's in it for You?
