Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development and account management strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to build lasting relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling. Ideal candidate ewill be located in Boston or New York. Duties • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts. • Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential customers. • Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on progress. • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. • Engage in B2B sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications • Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector. • Familiarity with a CRM software is highly desirable. • Strong skills in upselling and account management to maximize revenue from existing clients. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability in cold calling and generating leads independently. • A customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering value and building long-term relationships. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
