Key Responsibilities As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues Upselling if required Qualifications We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
