About the Role: Automotive Customer Service Advisor We're offering a competitive hourly rate starting at $15.00, plus incentives, for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Outstanding Customer Service As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted adviser to our customers, evaluating their needs, and performing maintenance to keep their vehicles serviced and safe on the road. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a trusted adviser to our customers, assessing their needs, and providing personalized solutions to ensure their vehicle is well-maintained and safe on the road. Organizing and optimizing the productivity of the service center through effective guest interactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and in-depth knowledge of service and replacement parts. Performing routine automotive preventive maintenance tasks, such as changing oil, checking and refilling vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
