Now, TuSimple is expanding its reach into new markets and is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Development Partner to drive the adoption of its advanced driver-assistance solutions in Europe and MENA. About the Role As the Senior Corporate Development Partner for Autonomous Driving Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and sales for TuSimple's cutting-edge advanced driver-assistance solutions in Europe and MENA. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a business from scratch, overseeing the full sales and product life cycle of next-generation solutions, including TuSimple's proprietary autonomous domain controller, turnkey L2+/L3 solutions, and TS-Box, an integrated vehicle perception module. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing a strong ecosystem of strategic business partners, driving the successful launch of TuSimple's technology, and fostering relationships with upstream and downstream partners. Your expertise will be crucial in informing go-to-market strategies, executing sales initiatives, and closing deals with strategic partner fleets and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for advanced ADAS solutions across Europe and MENA Build and maintain relationships with global OEM and Tier-1 customers, providing strategic recommendations and insights on business transformation in preparation for autonomy Support business development activities, including partnerships and market research, and provide customers with expert guidance on adopting TuSimple's Autonomous Solution Act as the voice of the region, defining product specifications and positioning, and overseeing the full customer sales lifecycle, including outreach, co-development, and product support Proactively work with customers and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and ensure successful partnerships Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 7-10 years of experience in automotive component sales to OEM and/or Tier-1 customers, with a proven track record of developing customer relationships and closing strategic agreements Experience in enterprise sales and executive account management, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership experience Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, with technical, contractual, and financial acumen, and impeccable business judgment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment A Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong academic background and relevant industry experience Flexibility to be located in either Europe, MENA, or other regions, with a willingness to travel frequently Preferred Qualifications: Experience in new mobility, ADAS products, and other advanced technologies within the trucking industry, with a deep understanding of the global logistics and transportation landscape A proven track record of driving business growth and innovation in the automotive or technology sectors TuSimple's Values At TuSimple, we pride ourselves on our core values, which guide our behavior and decision-making: Partner: We collaborate, communicate, and work together with colleagues, customers, and partners to achieve common goals.
