Key Responsibilities Engage primarily on Client Management deliverables upon account onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and tailored support. Serve as a second-level point of contact (POC) for escalation, providing timely and effective resolutions to client concerns.
