About the Role The Remote Data Entry and Technical Support Specialist will play a critical role in our organization, providing technical support to external content creation teams that utilize our tools and platforms. As the first point of contact for these teams, you will be responsible for resolving issues, providing training, and creating reference materials to ensure seamless collaboration. Your expertise will enable our content teams to focus on what they do best – creating engaging and high-quality content for our users. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to content and external teams regarding the use of content tools and platforms Create comprehensive reference materials and deliver training sessions to get external teams up to speed with our toolset Debug and resolve issues with tools and workflows, escalating complex problems to the tool development team as needed Collaborate with the production team to track issues in JIRA and ensure timely resolution Advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams to enhance our overall content creation process Partner with other engineers to develop tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality Lead cross-disciplinary discussions to drive feature development from concept to completion Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and organizational skills.
