Key Responsibilities Teach a variety of subjects and grade levels, including but not limited to elementary, middle, and high school Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge Collaborate with other educators to achieve common goals and objectives Essential Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits Three professional references with one by a previous direct supervisor NJ Substitute Credential Background check & TB risk assessment (we'll cover the cost of this!)
