About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual with a passion for fitness and teaching to fill the role of Pure Barre Lead Teacher. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all instructional staff within the studio adhere to brand standards, providing exceptional client experiences, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio. Key Responsibilities Teach a minimum of 6-8 Pure Barre classes per week, including Breaking Down the Barre, Pure Foundations, and corporate-released Intensive Classes Assist trainees in completing the test-out video process and provide feedback and guidance to help them succeed Lead quarterly team meetings with all teachers at the studio and assist management with studio scheduling and class planning Manage sub requests, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure that all classes are covered Inspect equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working order and safe for clients to use Participate in networking and community events, client appreciation events, and studio promotions to generate new business and build relationships with clients Stay up-to-date with Pure Barre educational standards and implement them in all classes and training sessions Track and review instructor performance quarterly, provide feedback and mentorship, and ensure that all instructors are teaching to Pure Barre standards Essential Qualifications Certified Pure Barre Classic teacher At least 1 year of teaching Pure Barre experience Deep understanding and alignment with Pure Barre methods and principles Demonstrated proficiency in Club Ready software and up-to-date CPR/AED training Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lead a room of 20+ people and provide clear, concise instructions Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Punctual, reliable, and able to work harmoniously with clients, management, and instructors Preferred Qualifications Background in dance, cheerleading, or fitness Prior knowledge of the Pure Barre brand and methodology Experience teaching new and veteran clients in all class formats Proficiency in helping with sales and promoting Pure Barre products and services In-depth understanding of the benefits of Pure Barre and what sets it apart from other boutique fitness studios Career Growth and Development Work Environment and Company Culture Our studio is a vibrant and supportive community where clients and instructors come together to achieve their fitness goals.
