As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans * Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations, and develop individualized care plans * Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses * Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practice * Educate patients, families, and significant others on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions * Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams, including written and verbal communication * Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency care, as needed **Essential Qualifications** * Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia * Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) * Possession of a current, full, active, and unrestricted registration will meet the requirement for graduation from an approved school of professional nursing * Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field * Master's degree in nursing or related field * Experience in medical, surgical, oncology, and telemetry settings * Certification in a relevant specialty, such as Critical Care or Oncology Nursing * Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information * Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Registered Nurse at the James H.
