Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As an experienced Airport Customer Service Agent and Ramp Handler at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of cargo, including baggage, mail, and freight. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections. Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Safely driving and operating ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion. Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customer destinations.
