Key Responsibilities Provide oversight and guidance to billing staff in the revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable Assist Business Services Managers in managing accounts receivable, including collections from insurance companies, governmental payers, and other sources of payment Promote positive customer and inter-departmental relations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and collaboration Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives that promote effectiveness and efficiencies within the operational scope of Business Services Contribute to the achievement of departmental budget goals, including staffing and supply management Oversee and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by Business Services Managers or Directors Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in revenue cycle management, leadership, and customer service.
