Essential Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus), demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation platforms, and CRM software, with a strong ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
