Record Maintenance: Consistently updating and maintaining a variety of records, including customer accounts, transaction histories, and company reports, with impeccable attention to detail. Data Anomaly Identification: Proactively identifying and flagging any unusual or inconsistent data points for further review. Report Generation: Performing basic data organization and contributing to data reports using tools like Microsoft Excel. Essential and Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate for this remote role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. While professional experience is a plus, it is not required. You should possess exceptional attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and comfort with standard computer operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with a 10-key numeric keypad are highly desirable.
