Experienced Advanced Data Analyst and Insights Expert – Remote Data Entry and Business Intelligence Development

Job Overview In this critical role, you will be part of our Pack Trial and Experimentation and Analysis group, playing a vital part in supporting the expansion of our DTC's real-time features in the US. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business acumen will be instrumental in helping our business clients make informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Data Solutions, to provide high-visibility insights on Pack growth and become a trusted thought partner in shaping strategy. Key Responsibilities Partner intimately with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack trends and drivers, and develop analytical strategies to address these questions Contribute to the creation of a continuous insights pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have a continuous stream of Pack intelligence Perform comprehensive trend analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle Define and analyze audience segments to continue driving Pack growth Collaborate with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, and/or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques Experience manipulating large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and using a variety of different data sources and tools Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. Proven analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into meaningful proposals Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and customer data Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing sophisticated A/B and MVT test builds Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the streaming media industry or other subscription-based services Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Advertising landscape Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to apply data analysis to drive business growth Proficiency in a range of data analysis tools and technologies, including statistical software and data visualization platforms A passion for using data to tell a story and drive business decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
