About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be on the front lines of what we do for the health care community, working with various people on behalf of our clients, such as health care providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You will be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between various ones throughout your day, delivering exceptional contact center services that we are known for. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with patients and health care providers via phone, email, or chat Resolve most questions on your own, with support from your team available when needed Keep accurate and detailed documentation about all communication with clients Provide exceptional contact center service on behalf of our valued clients, turning every interaction into a positive one Work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet Utilize computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: High school diploma or equivalent One year of customer service or call center experience Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms Excellent customer service skills Ability to pass a background check Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field Knowledge of clinical trials or pharmaceuticals Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Bilingual or multilingual skills What We Offer At arenaflex, we understand the importance of taking care of our employees.
