As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and contributing to our success. Key Responsibilities Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems. Ensure data accuracy and completeness, and perform routine data validation checks to identify and correct errors. Information Requests: Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding data and records to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records. Retrieve and file documents as needed, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Reporting: Generate and prepare reports from data, including summaries, charts, and other documents as requested. Develop and implement effective reporting tools and processes to support business needs. Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls. Provide support to other team members as needed. Data Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve data-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with IT and other teams to address data quality and integrity concerns. Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations and company policies. Ensure that all data handling practices meet the highest standards of security and integrity. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets. Experience with database management systems and reporting tools is an asset. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is an asset.
