As a key member of our team, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist in forming and delivering on a method for managing vendors for arenaflex Retail US. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and improve the customer experience for sellers, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other arenaflex programs. Utilize negotiation skills and work across primary functional areas to force the performance of seller partners at arenaflex. Focus on developing our enterprise with arenaflex seller partners, including looking into operational factors of their business with arenaflex, root cause analysis of problems and opportunities affecting the seller's business. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree. Experience analyzing data and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers. 3+ years of client or seller facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience. Desired Qualifications Experience aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate overall performance drivers and discover insights.
