Our team is dedicated to shaping the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers, and we have a blast doing it! **The Role** As an Account Strategist in our Mid-Market Sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, developing an in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Your primary objective will be to plan for and achieve growth goals by presenting arenaflex advertising products and solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. * Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. * Ability to travel 20% of the time. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. * Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. * Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in arenaflex Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business challenges and develop tailored solutions. * Proficiency in arenaflex Ads and other digital marketing platforms. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Account Strategist in our Mid-Market Sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in digital marketing, sales, and client relationship management.
