You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be tasked with studying product selection gaps and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base. **Key Responsibilities** * Developing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts. * Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. * Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. **Primary Qualifications** * A Bachelor's degree is required. * Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of success-driven sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries. * Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused process. * Experience promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly favored. * Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and a passion for success and winning. * Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. * Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities. * Comfort with complex financial data.
