Event and Marketing Coordinator
Columbus Business First is seeking an Event and Marketing Coordinator to support their event management and office administration efforts. The role involves coordinating events, managing marketing materials, and providing administrative support to the management team and staff. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the Events Director to ensure events, and the processes around them, run smoothly and seamlessly Coordinate, oversee and perform a wide variety of administrative and event support services for the management team and staff Manage general office administrative needs Function as the dedicated administrative liaison for clients, vendors, local staff, and ACBJ Coordinate all event marketing Assist in the execution of the marketing plan for each event including social media, e-marketing, print and web Help maintain social media presence Work with the team to ensure marketing plan stays on track Assist with all print materials with printer(s) Oversee and update marketing materials for all events promptly Track guest list submission and total guest count Assist sponsors and guests with registration as needed Oversee program logistics: Sponsors, speakers, and honorees Be main source of communication with honorees Execute sponsor benefits including marketing materials, LinkedIn, and recap materials Coordinate tracking and registering honorees, speakers and sponsors for programs in a timely and accurate manner Brainstorm with Events Director on overall event execution for each event Assist with all aspects of event prep -
