You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and building strong relationships with customers while professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world. This is a wonderful opportunity to start your career with a dynamic and supportive team, and with our industry-leading training, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide exceptional customer experiences * Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts * Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure a deep understanding of our services * Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team to ensure timely resolution * Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling **Candidate Qualifications** To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating system * Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues * An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation * Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * Strong team orientation and customer focus * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers **Conditions of Employment** To be eligible for this position, you must: * Be authorized to work in the country where the job is based * Be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint (subject to the program and location of the position) * Be willing to submit to drug screening (subject to the program and location of the position) **Compensation and Benefits** At blithequark, we believe that your hard work deserves recognition and reward.
