Job Overview We are currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide support to consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. As a CSR, you will be responsible for responding to incoming contacts from consumers, documenting their complaints into a secure database, and providing educational materials and referrals to help them resolve their issues. You will also be expected to provide A+ customer service and ensure that all consumers receive a high level of support and care. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud Provide excellent customer service and support to all consumers, ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Document consumer complaints into a secure database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date Provide educational materials and referrals to consumers to help them resolve their issues and prevent future instances of identity theft and consumer fraud Stay up-to-date with the latest information and developments in the field of identity theft and consumer fraud, and apply this knowledge to provide the best possible support to consumers Work Schedule The expected shift for this role is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) / 6:00 am - 2:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. You will be required to work a standard 40-hour week, with some flexibility to work overtime as needed. Minimum Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Excellent computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and databases Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers and other stakeholders Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which can take anywhere from 7-60 days to obtain Desired Qualifications Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and speech) Prior call center experience, with a focus on customer service and support Customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent support to consumers General knowledge of federal law, with a focus on identity theft and consumer fraud A professional Resume that contains your contact information (phone number and email address), as well as the contact information (phone numbers and physical addresses) of previous employers Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers and other stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document consumer complaints and provide effective support Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving common goals and objectives Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
