Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate departments, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all transactions are handled securely. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database, ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Support the team with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation, contributing to the smooth operation of the office. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities that align with our values and expectations. These include: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred, demonstrating a commitment to learning and personal development.
