Responsibilities and Duties As an IT Chat Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, share your passion for the brand, and provide expert guidance on products and services. Key duties include: Must have a genuine love for the brand and be willing to share your passion with customers – it's contagious! Use the brand's products and services to gain hands-on experience and expertise Familiarize yourself with the brand's site, media, and searches related to it, staying up-to-date on the latest developments Ability to compare and analyze competitor products, identifying key differentiators and benefits Comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations, providing personalized support and solutions Skills and Qualifications To succeed as an IT Chat Specialist at blithequark, you should possess: 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, beneficial for this role Knowledge of large corporate or hospital IT systems, a plus for understanding complex technical environments Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments, staying current with the latest technologies Passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs, providing expert guidance and support Ability to explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level, ensuring clear understanding and effective communication Ability to type at least 35 words per minute, with strong text-based communication skills and attention to detail Blithequark's Purpose and Culture Blithequark's purpose is to help customers achieve their goals by providing them with the technology advice and products they need, when they need them.
