Your strong communication skills in English, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently in an offsite setting will make you an ideal candidate for this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing the available resources. * Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the cause and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives. * Keep records of customer interactions and transactions while capturing relevant details into the CRM system. * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. * Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively. * Meet personal/team performance goals and customer satisfaction targets. * Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service delivery. **Qualifications** * Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an email or chat-based role. * Proficiency in using email and chat platforms, as well as CRM tools. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and stay composed under pressure. * Ability to work independently in an offsite setting while maintaining productivity and discipline. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Availability to work full-time, on an hourly basis, and adapt to a flexible schedule if required. **MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA** **Compensation and Benefits** The pay range for this role is $20.91 - $32.21 USD per hour (Remote, Grand Forks, North Dakota, US).
