What You Will Be Doing • Craft engaging content such as reels, essays, podcasts, and threads that highlight the benefits of Learning from Home and what sets Novatio apart. • Conduct webinars and live Q&A sessions for parents who are curious or cautious about our approach. • Leverage personal experiences, educational research, and parent dialogues to create impactful, emotionally resonant content. • Build a strong rapport with your community by addressing questions, handling objections, and providing genuine insights. • Monitor key metrics: track parental engagement, event sign-ups, and enrollments driven by your content. Education Content Creator Key Responsibilities Utilize your online influence to foster trust and drive enrollment, transforming your digital presence into a compelling movement advocating for improved education. Basic Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5K engaged followers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or Substack, with a distinct voice and consistent activity. • Maintain a regular posting schedule (at least weekly) over the past 90 days. • Create content that resonates with K–12 parents, critiques traditional education, or explores alternatives such as gifted programs and home learning. • Exhibit strong storytelling capabilities in both written and spoken formats, short and long. • Have a comprehensive understanding of K-12 educational challenges and trends in the US/Canada. • Be comfortable engaging live with parents and addressing challenging questions. • Be adept with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Notion AI) for research, writing, and production tasks. • Be willing to travel within the US for conferences and events. • Be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
