Overview: The PMO Operations Advisor role supports the day-to-day execution, governance, and operating rhythm of the Enterprise Efficiency & Effectiveness PMO. This role ensures that plans, data, reporting, change activities, and governance artifacts are accurate, timely, and well-coordinated, enabling senior PMO leaders to focus on insight, decision support, and value delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support maintenance of integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies. Track initiative status, actions, risks, issues, and decisions across workstreams. Ensure updates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time by workstream leads. Support preparation and follow-up for PMO forums, working sessions, and governance meetings. Produce and maintain standard PMO reports and dashboards, including: Status reporting, Milestone tracking, Risk and issue logs, Dependency trackers. Perform quality checks to ensure data consistency and accuracy before executive reviews. Support the Change Management Lead with: Stakeholder lists and impact trackers Change plans, communication calendars, and training trackers Adoption and readiness metrics Manage PMO cadence artifacts, including: Meeting agendas Read-ahead materials Action and decision logs Track follow-ups and ensure closure of actions and escalations. Support documentation of decisions and alignment across initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years PMO experience Manage PMO data plans and reporting with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely execution. Ensure leadership meetings are well‑organized and run efficiently, minimizing rework and follow‑up gaps. Maintain consistent tracking of risks and issues, driving timely resolution through appropriate actions. Demonstrated experience in change management and adoption of new processes, with a strong ability to create and coordinate visibility across stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Senior PMO leaders, providing critical insights and information to support decision‑making and desired outcomes. Strong proficiency in developing clear, compelling, and executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,400 - 159,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
