E-commerce Merchandiser
Job Description: • Manage and update site content on Shopify for sales, seasonal promotions, and product launches • Set up new products on Shopify and Amazon, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery • Monitor and update product pricing across platforms to reflect promotions, strategy changes, or competitive adjustments • Coordinate inventory shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses (if not handled by Customer Service) • Monitor and flag low-stock or inventory issues within Shopify to relevant team members • Collaborate with the Web Development team to implement site changes, merchandising updates, or UX enhancements • Support the ongoing improvement of our product presentation and discoverability on Amazon • Maintain a content calendar or checklist to ensure key merchandising dates and deadlines are met Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising on Shopify. • 3+ years of experience in merchandising and new product creation on Amazon Seller Central • Familiarity with FBA processes and best practices for Amazon listings • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, web dev and product teams • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Self-starter who can manage time and tasks effectively in a part-time, remote setting • Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce is a plus.
