DJI Enterprise Android SDK Engineer (MSDK V5) – Telemetry, Video, Command Bridge to Computer
We are building a local, offline-capable integration between a DJI Enterprise drone system and a PC on a local network. The DJI Enterprise RC controller (Android-based) will act as the certified flight control interface, while the PC performs higher-level autonomy, analytics. Both devices will be on the same local hotspot (no cloud dependency). We are looking for an experienced Android developer with DJI Mobile SDK (MSDK) experience to build a bridge application that exposes telemetry, video, and basic command control over a local network. This is not a consumer drone app and not a cloud-based project. Do not write your proposal using AI. Deliverables - Android Studio project (MSDK-based) - Working APK installable on DJI Enterprise RC - Simple command/telemetry protocol documentation - Basic README explaining setup and deployment - Short demo video or screen recording showing: - Telemetry streaming - Video forwarding - Remote takeoff / land / go-to command Must Have - Android development (Java or Kotlin) - DJI Mobile SDK experience (Enterprise platforms strongly preferred) - Familiarity with MSDK V5 - Network programming (WebSocket, MQTT, REST, or similar) - Experience deploying apps on specialized Android hardware Nice to Have - DJI Enterprise platforms (M30, M350, Mavic 3 Enterprise, Matrice 4, etc.) - Video streaming pipelines (RTSP, H.264) - Robotics / autonomy / UAV systems - Experience with NVIDIA Jetson systems Apply tot his job
