Director – Strategy
Job Description: • Lead channel partner strategy for assigned accounts and workstreams in Insurance, Financial Services, and Healthcare. • Support and influence channel partner programs that drive brand-consistent activation. • Partner with Client Partnership to drive organic growth, proactively surfacing opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with platform teams to design, implement, and optimize brand-to-local programs. • Define and interpret KPIs for partner programs using data and insights. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, channel/partner marketing, or customer/partner experience, with meaningful exposure to Insurance, Financial Services, and/or Healthcare. • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading marketing strategies for distributed channels. • Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable channel partner strategies and work plans. • Track record of contributing to revenue and growth by identifying organic opportunities. • Strong skills in storytelling with data. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • Naturally inclined to learn, ask questions, understand the why. • Fluency with generative AI tools as a strategic thought partner and efficiency driver in day-to-day work. • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent) for creating strategic narratives.
