This role is a strategic leadership position focused on enhancing commercial processes and driving impactful initiatives across the business. The Director – Strategic Initiatives will lead cross-functional projects, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to support sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments, a keen understanding of commercial strategy, and the ability to execute complex projects from conception to completion. Success will be measured by the improvement of operational performance, consistency of execution, and the delivery of value to both internal teams and external partners. Accountabilities: • Lead and manage internal projects aimed at improving organizational performance, operational excellence, and sales effectiveness • Support external business development and customer-focused initiatives as needed • Ensure effective information exchange and workflows across departments, meeting targeted timelines and milestones • Design and implement streamlined or automated workflows to improve efficiency and responsiveness between sales and other departments • Plan and manage business pilots, proofs of concept, and other strategic growth initiatives • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and distribution channels to adapt plans and actions proactively • Act as a subject matter expert, educating cross-functional teams on the nuances of assigned business units • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance sales execution and operational consistency Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, finance, marketing, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, operations, or business support roles, with demonstrated ability to manage large-scale change initiatives • Strong proficiency with SAP and Salesforce.com highly preferred • Excellent leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills across matrixed organizations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with attention to detail • Ability to define, implement, and maintain processes, protocols, and standards to drive performance • In-depth understanding of end-to-end commercial processes, including internal and customer priorities • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels Benefits: • Competitive base salary: $100,700 – $155,100 USD, depending on location and experience • Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave • Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance • Career development opportunities, training programs, and professional growth initiatives • Recognition programs and supportive, collaborative team culture • Opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives with measurable impact across the organization Why Apply Through Jobgether?
