Director, Partnership Insights

Job Description: • Lead the development of a new Partnership Insights vertical focused on delivering analytically rigorous, brand- and partner-facing insights to support Sponsorship sales and activation. • Serve as the strategic liaison between Sponsorship stakeholders and Central Insights SMEs across Modeling, CRM, Reporting, and Guest Insights. • Own the creation of research briefs and strategic deliverables using tools such as Sponsor United, YouGov, Audiense, Sports Innovation Lab, and Placer.AI. • Translate data into actionable narratives that elevate partner engagement and drive revenue. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnership Sales, and Strategy teams to ensure Partnership Insights is tightly integrated into go-to-market planning, activation strategy, and performance measurement. • Mentor and manage the Partnership Insights Manager to scale impact across the portfolio. Requirements: • 4-6 years of experience in quantitative, analytical consulting, and/or client-facing businesses • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field • Ability to develop and own stakeholder relationships • Significant experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences • Can share examples of using data to solve complex problems • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • A proactive approach to problem-solving and adding value.
