Director of Product, Infrastructure, and Developer Productivity
Job Description: • Define and drive strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity, balancing long-term scalability with immediate needs to empower engineering teams across Webflow • Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps, align on priorities, and make informed build-versus-buy decisions that accelerate velocity • Lead and mentor product managers within Infrastructure and Developer experience, cultivating a high-performing team • Establish and own success metrics, leveraging data and telemetry to measure platform performance, high availability and reliability, developer efficiency, and impact on business outcomes • Champion cross-functional collaboration, aligning across Engineering, Security, Product Management, Data, and Finance to enable innovation, safety, and scale • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, and translate them into pragmatic strategies that improve developer productivity and system performance • Communicate with clarity and influence, simplifying complex technical concepts for executives, while advocating effectively for infrastructure investments • Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Requirements: • Highly technical background with deep understanding of distributed systems, developer tooling, and platform reliability • Specific experience in cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD tools, and observability platforms is a plus • Significant people leadership experience, successfully managing and growing PM teams • Proven experience operating at scale — leading large-scale build and deployment pipelines, driving reliability and performance across multi-tenant SaaS platforms and globally distributed cloud infrastructure • Exceptional communication and influence skills, able to gain alignment across executives, technical leaders, and cross-functional partners • Strategic and systems-level thinking, turning complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans that scale with the business • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI • For this role, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Webflow's sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit Benefits: • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately-owned company • 100% employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage for full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) and their dependents • Voluntary insurance options where applicable in the respective country of employment • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers • Additional 6-8 weeks of pregnancy disability leave for birthing parents to be used before child bonding leave (where local requirements are more generous, employees receive the greater benefit) • Access to family planning care and reimbursement • Flexible PTO for all locations and sabbatical program • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, therapy, and Employee Assistance Program • Monthly stipends to support work and wellness • 401k plan or pension schemes (in countries where statutorily required) • Other financial wellness benefits, like CPA and financial advisor coverage • Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and country/state of employment Apply tot his job
