Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals in developing and executing new and exciting food service concepts. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to drive food service innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and implementation of new food service initiatives. Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to continuously improve and refine food service offerings. Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for food service innovation projects. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support the growth and success of food service initiatives. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth and development. Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards in all food service offerings. Represent The Coca-Cola Company at industry events and conferences to showcase our food service innovations. Continuously seek out new and innovative food and beverage trends to incorporate into our food service offerings. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop effective messaging and promotions for new food service offerings. Monitor and report on the performance of food service initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
