Director, Acquisition Marketing
What you'll do: As Director, Acquisition Marketing at NinjaTrader, you will lead a high-performance acquisition engine and be at the tip of the spear for efficient core growth. You will manage and mentor a team, drive existing channels, and develop new ones. This is a highly impactful role where you will be key to delivering ongoing customer expansion and bottom-line results. In this role you will: • Oversee paid channels to build a diversified, efficient, scalable, and high-performing B2C growth engine • Oversee a robust channel mix including Digital, Mobile, Social, Partner, and Affiliate channels • Own execution of paid marketing support for product launches, competitions, promotions, and other major company initiatives • Manage a large budget and ensure Growth Marketing hits acquisition targets with deep fluency in CPA, CAC, and LTV • Optimize marketing mix using marginal CAC analysis • Use marketing results, market trends, competitive intelligence, and user insights to inform sharp, data-driven decisions • Foster a culture of rigorous experimentation • Manage a high-performing marketing team and external agencies by providing strategic guidance, coaching, and clear accountability • Ensure Growth Marketing has strong relationships with key platform and vendor partners while staying abreast of new ideas, developing tactics, and emerging technologies What you'll need: • 10 years of D2C acquisition experience in client-side growth or performance marketing roles, ideally in fintech businesses • Highly analytical and data-driven • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition programs with strong unit economics • Proven ability to leverage data to drive measurable results and track accountabilities to ensure desired outcomes and ROI • Deep expertise across desktop and mobile paid marketing (e.g., Google, Meta, iOS, Android) • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality, and media mix modeling • Strong business management experience including full responsibility and accountability for managing a substantial budget • Experience managing and mentoring multi-channel acquisition marketing teams and working cross-functionally across Product, Content, Sales, and Compliance • Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize, make trade-offs, and communicate clearly with stakeholders Bonus points for: • Previous experience in B2C marketing for fintech companies • Previous experience in the futures industry Compensation: The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of up to 15%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual PTO allowance begins at 20 daysper year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Additional details on our total compensation package and benefits are listed below. Hybrid: For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
