As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and making a real difference in the lives of our customers. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to resolving issues and finding solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Engaging with customers on the phone, using active listening, empathy, and kindness to resolve their concerns * Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers * Operating with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs * Collaborating with teammates and other departments using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams * Maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2 years of customer service experience * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment * Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet * Ability to adapt to change and flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to pass a background check **Technical Requirements** To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need: * A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed) * A work area that's large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions * A webcam and headset for virtual interactions * A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify **Why Join blithequark Customer Service?** At blithequark, we're committed to empowering our team members to become their best selves.
