Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in achieving efficient operations within Fidelity’s marketing automation and sales enablement platforms, collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize marketing operations and enhance campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities Marketing automation and sales enablement support Assist with the efficient operations and execution of Fidelity’s marketing automation and sales enablement programs Assist others with the setting up and execution of marketing automation campaigns, including events, webcasts and other email campaigns Assist with the sales enablement efforts to help others better engage with clients and prospects throughout the buyer’s journey Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist others in the optimization of marketing operations Assist others in the maintenance of Fidelity’s content library Collaborate with internal teams to assist others with the creation of emails, landing pages, setting up A/B and multivariate tests in order to optimize the user experience Help others to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Assist with database maintenance, content production and campaign execution Assist others with the production of digital communications, documents and campaigns Help others to ensure the organization of client and prospect data Assist others to make sure that all performance data received is inputted into the database to deliver on deadlines Aid others in end-to-end campaign support, which includes supporting the design, development, launch, and tracking aspects Help others in the automation of content production and campaigns Marketing effectiveness reporting Assist others with the production regular reporting and campaign tracking to increase marketing effectiveness Aid in tracking campaign metrics, website content and other digital metrics to enhance performance and align Marketing and Sales Assist in the creation of reports focused on content, campaign and sales enablement analytics to inform strategies and tactics Help research marketing best practices to improve email open rates, click through rates and form fill conversions Conduct research to aid others in continual optimization through A/B and multivariate testing Assist in the development of regular reporting on campaign performance and help with conducting postmortem analysis Act as a resource for marketing in areas such as automation and A.I Work with internal technology partners to find innovative solutions to business problems Collaborate with stakeholders such as Sales, Business Analytics, Finance, and IT to assist in the creation of business cases for initiatives Assist in the research of digital trends in the industry to ensure Fidelity Canada is pursuing a market-leading digital strategy Skills Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings University degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 1 year of marketing operations or campaign management experience An understanding of marketing automation and CRMs (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) An understanding of sales enablement (e.g., Seismic) Creative thinking with a passion for growth and performance marketing Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required The ability to multi-task and assist with the execution multiple ongoing projects Strong organizational abilities and strong analytical skills essential Interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve goals in Fidelity's collaborative environment Experience in the Mutual Fund/Financial Services industry Experience in document and content productive technology (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Experience with database management and content production PMP/Marketo Certification Benefits Performance Bonus Eligible for a discretionary bonus that rewards your contributions and results.
