We deliver both standard and flexible, end-to-end solutions for signage making, personalization, and luxury brand experience–personalization, including DTP (Direct To Professionals), DTC (Direct To Consumers), and DTI (Direct To Identity card-production system) instant printers. As part of our U.S. expansion, we are building a demo center in Arizona supported by a partner-driven distribution model. -Role Description We are looking for a hands-on, friendly, and technically curious Demo & Customer Success Specialist to support demos, training, customer success, and early distributor engagement in the U.S. This is a foundational role that will help shape artisJet’s local presence and customer experience. -Compensation • Competitive salary ($3,000–$5,000/month) • Bonuses based on demos, customer success, partner activation, and sales impact • U.S. travel for installs, events, and distributor support • International trips to China, Europe, and Southeast Europe for training • Work on luxury personalization projects in beauty, fashion, and premium brands • Daily access to artisJet’s advanced tech, including BEC1GO and TRUST • Clear growth path into application or customer experience leadership • Join a global team delivering meaningful and inclusive printing experiences -Key Responsibilities Demo and Applications • Run live product demos for customers and potential distributors • Prepare and maintain demo samples (UV effects, BEC1GO, TRUST prints) • Demonstrate workflows, RIP usage, effect printing, and application techniques • Keep demo machines and the showroom in presentation-ready condition Customer Success and Training • Provide onboarding, training, and support for new users • Conduct basic troubleshooting and communicate with HQ technical teams • Support customers online, on-site, and during installation • Collect feedback, case studies, and success stories for continuous improvement Partner and Distributor Support • Assist distributors during customer demos or training sessions • Help partners understand product USPs and application opportunities • Support early dealer development activities • Assist in setting up partner showrooms or demo points Field Activities • Travel to customer sites for installations, demos, and light service • Support small events, workshops, and university collaborations • Participate in local mini open houses or roadshow-style activities Community and Experience Building • Document customer stories, prints, and creative outcomes • Engage with maker communities, personalization groups, and local users • Help build a positive environment around artisJet’s U.S. presence Qualifications Technical Experience (one or more preferred) • UV printing, DTF/DTG printing, or signage equipment • CO₂ or fiber laser engraving machines • Trophy, award, or personalization equipment • Maker tools, CNC devices, or fabrication labs • Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude Soft Skills • Friendly, patient, and service-oriented • Strong communication and customer interaction skills • Hands-on problem solver who learns quickly • Comfort with demos, training, and creative tools • Ability to work independently in a startup-style environment Bonus Experience • Worked at or with Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, Epilog, OMTech, Glowforge, Trotec, GCC, or local distributors • Experience running an Etsy/maker shop or creative production studio Who You Are— If You Like to WOW People • You enjoy helping people and solving problems • You like working with printers, lasers, or maker tools • You are curious, detail-oriented, and quick to learn • You enjoy creative work and luxury design applications • You want to grow with a global company expanding in the U.S. Why artisJet—Join Our Mission • Global innovator with true in-house technology and strong support • Fast U.S. expansion with real career growth opportunities • A unique blend of creativity, engineering, and luxury personalization • Meaningful work helping creators, brands, and businesses • Build something important from the ground up in the U.S. • Join a global community of creators, brands, universities, and industries • Be part of an 18-year young team with deep experience and commitment • Grow in a company that values innovation, inclusivity, and craftsmanship How to Apply Email to: [email protected] Call: 001-4806016704 Step in, take the lead, and grow with us.
