As a Demand Generation Manager, EMEA, you'll play a crucial role in driving new sales opportunities in the European market and contributing to the company's continued growth and success. About the Role We're seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads and opportunities. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with sales teams, content creators, and product marketing experts to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and opportunities in EMEA, leveraging regional events, webinars, SEO, and outbound programs to engage target accounts. Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to identify gaps in target account engagement and key personas, ensuring alignment with sales goals and objectives. Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture ICP leads, engage prospects, and drive conversions, working closely with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting content. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, regularly optimizing performance to ensure maximum ROI. Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes, and work with RevOps to maintain a healthy and engaged database of target contacts. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and demand generation, applying this knowledge to drive innovative marketing strategies. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in B2B enterprise demand generation, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You'll have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise demand generation, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns in the EMEA market. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce), with the ability to leverage these tools to drive campaign optimization and measurement. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive business growth. A goal-driven mindset, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams to understand target audiences, market trends, and sales goals. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with German proficiency a strong plus.
