This role offers the opportunity to leverage advanced data science techniques and large language models (LLMs) to solve complex challenges across the clinical lifecycle. The Data Scientist will collaborate closely with internal product teams and external clients, designing experiments, building prototypes, and developing metrics to track success. The position emphasizes problem‑solving, innovation, and practical application of AI technologies, including data extraction, normalization, and knowledge base mining. Candidates will work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment that encourages experimentation and continuous learning. Accountabilities • Collaborate with client teams to understand data use cases and design tailored AI/LLM solutions • Develop and implement experiments, metrics, and prototypes to validate data science solutions • Serve as the internal expert on LLMs, advising product and engineering teams on integration and best practices • Apply advanced data extraction, normalization, and harmonization techniques to clinical data • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments, tracking success against defined metrics • Build cross‑product solutions and integrate LLM capabilities into existing clinical software • Communicate insights and progress effectively to internal stakeholders and clients Requirements • 3‑5 years of experience in a data science role • Proficiency in Python and Git, with strong programming and problem‑solving skills • Experience with classical NLP techniques as well as modern LLMs • Ability to perform data cleaning, experimental design, and statistical analysis • Experience with LLM prompt engineering and applying LLMs to real‑world use cases • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences • Preferred: Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, or related field • Preferred: Experience with clinical data analysis and familiarity with the clinical trial lifecycle Benefits • Competitive salary with performance‑based recognition • Health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities and continuous learning programs • Collaboration with leading scientists and access to cutting‑edge AI platforms Thank you for your interest!
