Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients, clients, and other customers. Your role will focus on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies, conducting generic conversions or therapy changes, and ensuring patients adhere to their medications. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to achieve these goals while maintaining our company's reputation for high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, and provide education. Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant to their therapies. Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information. Provide customer education and routine assessment, identifying problems and escalating them to pharmacists as needed. Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, and processing of new referrals. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. Must reside in the state of Nevada. Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting. Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Skills and Competencies Strong customer service skills with empathy and a patient-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft, or similar applications. Ability to maintain a secure workspace and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements.
