As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. About the Role In this full-time remote role, you'll work directly with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to ensure a seamless experience. You'll be responsible for: Engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution Utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and Team Members alike Operating with a willingness to learn, sharing feedback, and being open-minded to grow and develop your skills Collaborating with teammates, your direct Manager, and other team members across many levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - we'll assess this through a written evaluation The ability to multi-task, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs Proficiency in using computers, navigating systems, and searching for information to support customers Flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed by the business unit A high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information Technical Requirements To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need: A dedicated workspace with a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed) A work area that's free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience A computer monitor and webcam suitable for video conferencing A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify We'll provide the necessary equipment, including a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam.
