This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working closely with a greater team. Your primary focus will be on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings to patients and clients - Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications - Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies - Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information - Possess a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education - Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist - Maintain a high-energy culture and provide excellent customer service with empathy, resolving patients' questions on the first call **Essential Qualifications** - 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone - 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application - Must reside in the state of Nevada - Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working in a healthcare setting or with patients - Familiarity with generic medications and therapy changes - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications **Skills and Competencies** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
