Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, providing solutions and alternatives when possible. Provide information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and policies, as well as assist with frequent flyer account inquiries, including points redemption and status updates. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers, and stay up-to-date on new developments and changes. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Exceptional written communication skills , with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers via live chat. Strong problem-solving abilities , with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace, with basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience is beneficial but not required; we're willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with airline industry or travel-related customer service experience is a plus.
