Remote Customer Service Representative - Part-Time Location: Remote Pay: $15/hour Type: Permanent, Part-Time (approximately 25–30 hours per week) with the potential to transition to full-time About the Role We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Blended Support Team at Frontline Call Center! Job Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails for multiple client accounts • Follow step-by-step processes to resolve customer issues • Log all interactions in Frontline Connection CRM • Gather, verify, and document caller information accurately • Provide professional, patient, and solutions-oriented support Key Qualifications • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable multitasking across multiple screens and tools • Reliable, distraction-free workspace with hardwired internet (Ethernet connection required) Required Qualifications • Training attendance is 100% mandatory — no exceptions • Open availability (24/7); schedules will be assigned after training • Previous Customer Service experience (high call volume preferred) • Strong communication and de-escalation skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask • Basic technical ability (install/uninstall programs, troubleshoot equipment) • Prior Call Center or remote work experience • Basic Technical Support experience Schedule & Training • Orientation: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 – 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. PST • Training: Monday–Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PST Computer & Equipment: • Windows 11 based PC (no MACs or Chrome Book) • Dual monitors – this helps you see multiple programs at once while assisting customers. • At least 16 GB of memory (RAM) with 12 GB usable – this keeps your computer running smoothly while using several tools at once. • CPU utilization should be 50% or less • At least 256 GB of storage space (SSD preferred) – so your computer can store and load programs quickly. • Internet connections: your computer must have a Ethernet (RJ-45) port. • Wired internet connection required – Wi-Fi is not allowed; your computer must be connected to your router using an Ethernet cable for a stable signal. • Download speed: 20 Mbps or higher (for receiving data). • Upload speed: 10 Mbps or higher (for sending data). • Ping: 20 MS or less (for a fast, responsive connection). • Internet Speed: Please use speedtest.net to test your specs Accessories • High-quality USB headset • Camera required during interview and training (no camera needed once you receive your regular schedule) How to Apply Submit your application with the following screenshots uploaded: • Ethernet connection proof: • Open Task Manager > Performance and take a screenshot showing your wired Ethernet connection. • Speed test results: • Use speedtest.net and ensure Ping is less than 20 MS. • RAM verification: • Open System Information and take a screenshot showing at least 16 GB RAM.
