Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative I to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving borrower inquiries on current mortgage loans, ensuring high-quality service, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Respond to borrower inbound calls concerning their account, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Research customer issues and work towards resolution when needed, updating our servicing system with relevant notes and comments. Prioritize the needs of the business, completing assigned outbound calls as inbound call volume permits, and ensuring seamless customer communication. Complete follow-up tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution, driving long-term customer loyalty and retention. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, providing a solid foundation for your customer service career. General call center experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial services industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Experience with loan servicing, a plus, as it demonstrates your understanding of mortgage industry operations and customer needs. Strong customer service skills , with the ability to empathize with customers, resolve issues, and provide personalized support. Problem-solving abilities , with a keen eye for detail and a talent for analyzing complex issues. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment , prioritizing tasks, managing multiple calls, and meeting productivity standards. Effective time management and multitasking skills , ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient issue resolution. Experience working with Microsoft Windows applications , including proficiency in navigating various software systems and tools.
